In the material world the pure single line does not exist
All lines we see as lines are in fact no lines at all, but the intersection of planes, surfaces, flat or curved ; the contours af a cilinder or a sphere or any other object.
No matter how thin a thread, it has substance, measurement, the only pure line is in our minds.
